Hi! This is Leslie Sack with expertvillage.com. My website is lesliesack.com and the dance we are doing is foxtrot. This is the ladies part for the right rock turn. So ladies you are going to take your right foot forward, forward back, side together, so you are rocking forward on your right, back on your left, side together. So we turn it, it's slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick. You really want to stare to the guys right side. So you are looking over his shoulder, you are over to his right slow, slow. When you go forward, you are going to feel his right knee against your right knee; that's a good thing, it's a contact sport. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, make sure that you don't meet on him with your body. Okay, your body up and keep your head up, quick, quick. You are going to watch his shoulders and turn a little bit and slow, slow, just gently. The better you get, this is eventually going to become what you call a pivot turn, and then you'll really feel like you are dancing.
