Left Rock Move for Ladies in Foxtrot Dancing

Hi! This is Leslie Sack with expertvillage.com. My website is lesliesack.com and this is, foxtrot is the dance, and this is the man's left turn, ladies part. So we are going to take our left foot back ladies. You are going to go back, forward, side together that's without the turn. Just rock back forward, side together, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow quick, quick. Notice that I went forward on my left foot. I go towards my heel. Okay. So it's slow, slow, quick, quick and you are just going to feel a little pressure on the side on your back right here, where his hand is. Slow, slow, quick, quick. He's the one that gets to decide when you create this pattern so get ready. This is step 2 in foxtrot so it's a really common pattern so it is a left rock turn returning to our left, just a little bit at a time. Just bend your knees a little bit and it keeps it really smooth.
