C Major Scale for the Piano
Hi my name is Omri and today we are going to learn to play the C Major scale. The C Major scale starts on C; any C and plays all of the white keys up to the next C. We can play up the scale; meaning higher notes or higher tones and we can play down the scale. Now as you see I didn’t play any sharps or flats when I played that Major scale. C is the only scale and it’s the only key that doesn’t have any sharps or flats. That is why pianists tend to play C Major scales and C Major keys in their pieces more often than any others especially when beginning to learn.
