Different Types of Scrubs

Kate: In this clip I'm going to talk to you about the different types of scrubs that you can use on your skin. One scrub that is pretty common is a granular scrub. This is a more coarse scrub for oiler skin. It's called Skin Prep Scrub and it has a corncob meal in it so it is, it's more of an aggressive scrub. If you have oily skin, you could use this three times a week. I wouldn't recommend this for mature or sensitive skin. It can really irritate you. So definitely don't use it if you're sensitive. One scrub that's great for sensitive skin is the Fido Aromatic Gommage. This is a much finer grit to it and then we love the green color. This has a lot of bio-vegetal nutrients in it so not only is it exfoliating the skin, it's also nourishing it as well and providing antioxidants, great for mature skin.
