Lymphatic Drainage Skin Treatments

Hi my name is Mary Thinnes and I am a skin care expert. The next topic I am going to talk to you about is lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic drainage actually works on the lymph system so it actually helps to clear out impurities in the body and in your skin and basically what it is is you are going through the lymph pathways in the face and it is done like a massage but more on pressure points. What you are going to do is go down here and generally the dumping grounds are down here on the shoulders, right below the neck actually. Basically what you are going to do is go through and do the massages through the face through each one of the lymphatic passageways and then always end at the dumping grounds down here near the shoulders and more by the chest area. It is important that you make sure that the people do not have certain maybe cancer or certain conditions because lymphatic drainage you do not want to do on certain patients like that because it could actually help not help, but actually because the cancer to spread through their lymph nodes and their lymphatic passageways are throughout their entire face. That being said that is lymphatic drainage and professional treatment.
