Stewart: At home spas. What do you think? For me an at home spa, I like little tea kettles so I can have my tea. I almost burned my candle down but that's ok. Aroma therapy, all kinds of things. That's what I like for my spa. I also like that little headbands so I can put my hair up. At your spa, what do you like to incorporate for at home? Watt: What I like to incorporate for at home treatment, I really like to create the atmosphere at home also. I like to use candles, as J.R. said the aromatherapy oils is a big part of it as well, and some nice music. You want to get some really nice relaxing music, you really want to get in the mood of pampering yourself, and maybe take a bath before hand, and put some scented oils in the bath. Stewart: Rose petals. Whatever makes you happy. Watt: Rose petals, bath salts, anything that's going to soften the skin and help soothe and relax you is all part of the experience. Just de-stressing is a big part of really good skin care. That's why spas are such relaxing experiences because we want you to de-stress. We want you to forget about the traffic, and the outside world, and business worries, and the economy, and everything. You just want to come you want to have a pampering and relaxing experience, and you can create that at home as well. Stewart: De-stress, and Detox. Ok, so we're going to show you how to create some at home keep up facials of your own. Be right back.
