How to Choose a Bra Style

Hi! My name is Christine and I am speaking to you from Simply Lovely Lingerie in Stratford, Ontario. On behalf of expertvillage.com., we would like to talk to you about bras and bra fitting. In this clip we would like to just go over a couple of the different styles that are out there and available to all the different body shapes. Many women are afraid that when they get into the larger sizes to try on the shaped cups. Don't be afraid as long as you can put your hand up inside and not feel an extra cushion in there. All it's going to do is give you a nice smooth shape under a T-shirt or under a nice smooth sweater. You can get just your regular lace underwire versions. You can go into a bra that is going to give you more of a fuller figure for those ladies that are a little heavier breasted up on top. You can go into what they call a demi bra which is basically a horizontal lower cut bra. We have your seamless, we have the ones with your seams. What we can tell you that anytime there is a seam in the bra, it is much more supportive, and a bra with a 3 part cup to it, which means there is a horizontal seam as well as a vertical underneath, will give you the most support. The seamless ones and the smooth ones are the most popular and they have been for a little while, but they are also possibly not the most supportive unless they are made with a very tough fabric. So do go into your local lingerie store and they will be able to provide you with many shapes and styles for your body shape.
