How to Make a Floral Centerpiece

Hi! This is Diana for expertvillage.com. Today we’re going to be making a centerpiece for your table. We have several different containers, but our basic centerpiece will be the same. From this demonstration, you can learn how to make one basic centerpiece and you can expand it in different ways depending on your needs. First of all, you want to think about what kind of a party you’re having and what colors you want for your flowers. If it’s a wedding, you might want to match the flowers to the bride's color's. If it’s a birthday party, you might want to think about putting favors in with the flowers. If it’s Christmas, you can use boughs from your pine tree. We’re going to be using several different kinds of containers and show you how to make your basic centerpiece.
