Shooting Exercises for Soccer Practice
Okay, we are going to do a little shooting exercise now. If you have the luxury of having two goals and a couple of passers, they are basically going to rotate from one shot around to the other side and take a shot from the other side of the goal and it goes something like this. Ready, here we go. You want your players to hit a moving ball if they can which is a little more realistic to the game. You see the proper technique of keeping the head down. So right now we are shooting without any pressure. A way that you change this exercise is to add some defensive pressure, add some different balls that have to be played and make it a little bit more game like. Shooting just takes a lot of repetition to get the right technique down.
