Hi, I'm Emily Larew continuing on with our intermediate hip hop combination. We're starting with our fifth count of eight, adding waves and a pounding. So, we just finished our step clap, step clap. From there you're going to turn towards the front, your heels are going to go one and two, all right. So your feet are here, we go one, heels out like you're in Kansas and you can't wait to get home, one and--and my knees are bent--two, stomp straight forward. Make sure there's not a big gap between your legs, right here. From there you're arms are going to go--they're waving out, and you start with your elbows, again remembering that you're hipping a blade with your hand. We go one, your arms come down, you're going to lift up and two. And that's where your pound is at, right there. All right, so we have one, elbows back in, and two. Straight on top of each other, where you're pounding. Add that together, we have a one, and two, right on top of each other. Make sure your body stays down and bent over. Don't keep your body straight up. Try it again. Five, six, seven, eight. A one and two. Good. One more time. Seven, eight, a one and two. Nice. From here, our heels are going to go out--right heel, out three and four. So we're here on two, right foot only, and with your elbows, it goes three and four. So, down, up, down. And on that second one, when you hit down, I want your right hand to pop open high five right on top of your left fist. So ready? From the top of your four count. Here we go. One and two, three, four. Good. So let's put that together from the top. Here we go. Five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, step, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four. There you go. There's your fifth count of eight with a wave and a pound for hip hop combination.
