In this clip I'm going to talk to you about some red flags. Not all spas are created equal, and you should definitely do your research before you book an appointment. Some of the things to look for when you walk in to a treatment is that there are enough linens to protect your modesty. Some of us are a little more fearless than others, but some of us like to be covered up. As you see, I have 2 towels; one covering the nether region, and one covering the chest area. Also, you want to make sure that they offer you a shower cap. I mean, not every, some people don't mind getting their hair wet, but a lot of people have chemically processed hair and can't have their hair wet. You want to make sure that everything looks brand new. You want to make sure this has not been used before, this mylar space blanket. You want to make sure the linens are clean. Another thing you want to make sure of is that your spa has a vee-shee shower. I mean, it's one of the most important parts of a body treatment, or a hydrotherapy treatment, is the actual therapeutic benefits of water, and the ability to rinse and not have to walk around with gook and muck on you. It's a very relaxing treatment, other than having a therapist with towels just to rinse you off. You're able to get a very clean result. You're not going to be walking around with any clay on you.
