so, u pretty much kick --. thanx a bunch. i have to cook pork chops for my boyfriend in like an hour and ive only done them once...and they werent that good lol...kinda dry. so i DEFINITELY appreciate ur vids. I'm from louisiana (cajun's baby) but never took the time to really learn how to make this particular dish. ok, im writing too much but...thnx.

Eating Your Finished Smothered Pork Chops

Hello my name is Karl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com. I'm here to share with you a quick and easy smother pork chop receipt. Our pork chops have been in the oven for the past 40 minutes so lets take them out, pull the foil back, be careful because it is hot and this is what we have. Lets see if I could tilt this to show it to you. Pork chops smother and this can be served with rice, mash potatoes, noodles. We are going to serve it with rice here. We just take out a pork chop and put it on the plate. Spoon. Next we are going to serve a little bit of rice. Maybe a little bit more over the pork chops. There you have it add your favorite vegetables. Smother pork chops.
