Cooking a Smothered Pork Chop Recipe

Hello my name is Karl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com. I'm sharing with you a quick and simple smother pork chop receipt. Okay we have our gravy mixture mixed in with the rich broth, onions, bell peppers, garlic, Thai peppers, mushrooms, this would turn the pork chops that we have smother that we have browned. We are smothering them now. Another way to smother pork chops is put a little pillow over there face but my mom thought me that. So you turn these into the mixture like so and take your spoon and kind of cover them with the mixture. Get them all covered. Then we are going to take a couple of sheets of foil and wrap the pan and get a kind of a tight seal on here because of the pan that I'm using I'm going to have to use two sheets of foil. Wrap this around. Nice and tight. We are going to take this and we turn it to a 400 degree oven about 40 minutes.
