Hello my name is Karl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com. I'm sharing with you a quick and simple smother pork chop receipt. Now that we have all of our vegetables and veges cut up we are going to sweat them a little bit to bring out all the flavors in them. We have added about 2 teaspoon of oil to a skillet and we are going to take our onion, bell pepper, garlic, Thai pepper, chili peppers and add that right into the skillet. On a medium heat. We just going to sweat all those out. We want to get careful with this because we don't want the garlic to burn as if your garlic burns and browns it gets kind of bitter. But, by doing this you breaking out the sweetness in both the onions and the bell peppers and also it is a bit of sweetness in the garlic. So we will let this sweat down for 2-3 minutes to sweat down. After it gets nice and done as it gets translucence we will then add the mushrooms to this mixture.
