One of the first obstacles that you'll bring the Manual to is something like the height of a curb or a sidewalk. Here we have a pretty good height for starting. You have to be able to first Ollie up this amount of height and have it down pretty much so that you can Ollie up that every time. The next step, is, putting together the Ollie to Manual. One of the best ways to do that is to Ollie up and just start Ollieing up, landing, and then bringing it into a Manual position. This works a lot for almost any Manual combination. What you want to do is so that when you Ollie up, you're going to clear the curb, land in a nice safe position, headed in a direction that you're going to have enough time to Manual and then hold the Manual for the length of time needed. Even possibly set up your feet during the Manual so that when you get to the end, you can come out in a nice clean way. Sort of like this. You land in the Manual position after the Ollie. Then you hold it and you use your upper body to try to balance and hold the position. Then when you get to the end of the obstacle you'll want to coast out or maybe even hit your tail if you get it down that good. Be able to hit the tail and come out nice and clean.
