Breathing Meditation for Stress for Office Yoga

So this is a breathing meditation that I encourage you to practice is you are feeling stressed, if you are feeling anxious, again if your mind is really wondering, if your are having difficulty focus. We are going to bring one arm to the table, press the other arm on top of that arm and just bring your forehead to your forearm and just look down towards your legs. Relax your eyes. Relax your throat and your shoulders and then again try to breathe from the belly, the size of the rib cage, and into the back of the body. After a few breathe in this pose you should feel yourself feeling a little bit more calm, your mind should be a little bit more at peace.
