Introduction to Making Smothered Pork Chops

Hello my name is Karl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com. I here to share with you a simple easy smother pork chop receipt. I have been cooking for family and friends for the past 30 years. It is a hobby of mine I think that I'm pretty good at it. I enjoy doing it is I relax. I cook for friends, special functions, any events that they have. This receipt I learned about 20-25 years ago back when I was in college. I spent 3 months on a research vessel and this is something the chef on board would cook about once a week. I have taken this receipt I have kind of added a few things of my own. I simplified it a quiet a bit and I'm hoping something that you would enjoy. So we would go through our simple steps. I would show you things that I added and other ways that you could add your own things.
