Calf stretch. So for the next exercise I would like you to kick off your shoes. We are going to do a stretch for our calves. So we are again going to bring our hands to the edge of the chair or to a table. We are going to step our right leg back we are going to turn our right foot back to a 45 degrees and we are going to press our right heel down to the floor and we are going to press our right knee to the wall behind us. If you are not feeling a stretch just lay the back come to that point were you feel a nice stretch in the calf. Good and lets set the right foot forward and lets switch to the other side. So set the left back, turn the left foot out to a 45 degrees, press the heel to the floor and straight into the left leg. Again lets hold here for a few breathe. If you are not feeling much of a stretch just wiggle that foot back and keep pressing the heel down. Lets set the left foot forward and release the hands.
