Okay, now at this time, I'd like to take a few moments here to talk to you about the nuts in a raw live food diet. There's a lot of us out there. These are, we're talking about Almonds, Walnuts, we have Pine Nuts, Macadamia Nuts. We like nuts and we use these nuts to make Pate. But all these nuts need to be soaked. The Almonds, we prefer to soak for twelve to twenty four hours. This is to unlock the enzyme inhibitors that are all over these nuts. Walnuts, we soak for at least an hour before we drain them and use them in our Pate's. The great way of doing this is to soak a bunch of these Almonds for the designated time. Put them on a towel, dry them off, put them in jars, put them in your refrigerator. Then any time you want to make something, you've already gone through the process of soaking and they're ready to use. The only nut that I know of that doesn't need soaking, is a Pine Nut. The Pine Nuts are in such a state that the enzyme inhibitors are not as strong and they can be eaten right the way the way they are. So make sure you soak your nuts before you eat them.
