Introduction to Making Oven Roasted Chipotle Chicken

Hi! My name is Carl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I am going to share with you a hot and spicy chicken recipe. I am the proprietor of a small catering company called Creole Soul. A lot of our recipes are based with Creole flavor but give us a call and you can get anything you want. Anyway this dish is basically a Chipotle oven roasted chicken breast dish. It's either going to be super hot, very hot or hot. Believe me, hot is the minimum. This dish can be done inside your oven or it can be done outside on your grill We were going to show you that on the grill to you today but you caught us on a really rainy day.
