Writing Roman Calligraphy Letters: Part 5

Remember you can let this little pointy parts come down over the line a little bit just for a visual, an optical adjustment. Now the W is two V put together. But you want to make them a little bit narrower because you're, one of the things that you are trying to do is to harmonize the widths of the letters. X is also a two story letter. This stroke is going to be much narrower. But let the Y have a sense of weightiness too. So in other words, this area right here, you don't want to meet the three strokes up to high. Now the Z is supposedly one stroke. You can certainly make it one stroke when you are practicing with your pencil doing the scalatives forms. There we are. Not too bad.
