Follow Trends to Find a Job

Just a few other things that you want to consider doing, after you've been hired. First of all is listen, learn, pay attention to everyone in your organization. Stay abreast of what's happening. What's happening in the organization? What are the trends? What direction are thing moving in? Again, that's similar to lifelong learning, but that's in the sense of your actual company and your actual field. It's also real good to share your knowledge with other people. You're learning things, you're hearing things, you're staying abreast of things, share that with other people because they're going to share valuable information with you. So it goes both ways. That's real important for you to stay up on what is happening in your field.
