O.k. Now, we want to take a look at personal characteristics. Who are you? Well, everybody's different and everybody's good at different things and everybody has different personality traits and you need to know what these are. Are you aggressive? Are you shy? Were you a born leader? Do you prefer to lay back? Or, maybe follow? Or are you laid back? Are you high strung? Are you a perfectionist? What is it, that you are? You need to come up with a list, because you need to know at least four or five things that are positive about you. And, and negatives can sometimes be a positive. So, don't, if you know, if you say well, I'm very aggressive, well that's not necessarily a negative. Being aggressive could be a great trait for certain types of jobs. So, you want to know at least four or five of them, because you want to be able to tell your potential employer about your good qualities. And, if you're not sure, ask you friends and family to assess you, to tell you what your personality traits are. Trust me, they will.
