This next clip is on how to tell whether or not your convention has been a success or a failure. I think to know that your convention was a failure; I think you're going to know that right off the back. Most conventions are not failures. There are different degrees of success. Certainly what you need to do is judge the flow of the convention. Are the attendees seems to have a good time. Are your celebrities seems to have a good time. And then at the end of the convention, try to get some reaction. Talk to people. Talk to parents, talk to the kids. I'll give you some personal experiences that I had. At the end I had a young lady come up to me and say that if she had seven thumbs, she would have given me seven thumbs up. And when I asked why she said because there was always something to do. I had parents tell me that they flew in with their kids from Ohio, from New York and I had a parent come up to me at the end and shake my hand and tell me that he was a former school teacher and that he felt that what I was doing for the kids was absolutely wonderful. From going, at the middle of the convention, believing that it was not really doing well at all, by the end of the convention and Sunday night, I was already thinking about what I could do better in the second event.
