Juggling 3 Clubs: Flashes

In this review, we're going to talk about flashing three clubs in doubles and triples. What flash means is if you have your normal three club pattern going, and then throw each club once at a different height or with a different spin. So for example, a flash of doubles is like that. Where I throw each club at double height once. And then I fall back into my normal three club pattern. For doubles, I want you to practice with both hands leading. I.E. start with your right hand, then start with your left hand, and mix it up. You need to get that clean both ways. What we're doing this for, is later on, you can learn how to do tricks underneath the flash. You want enough time, so that when you flash, your hands should be empty for a second. Like. Enough time to clap your hands together once or twice even, underneath the flash. Now, you can also flash with triples, which is very common, if you want to have a little more time. So that's very similar to the double flash, except obviously, just in triples. It's a good visual trick. It changes it up. Makes it very high. People like that a lot. The triple flash is important if you're ever going to learn how to do pirouettes. That's a spin underneath your pattern. Or, a whole lot of other tricks. The triple is a very important flash to learn. And will help you juggling in the future.
