Smile When Uncomfortable

Alright, I want to talk, now, about smiling, and smiling is very important, especially when you are feeling uncomfortable, or out of place. You know, you're in a work environment, maybe it's a new job, maybe it's a new situation, a business meeting where you don't know anyone, you're a little uncomfortable. Well, by smiling, that will show everyone that you are comfortable. It will be kind of a way to mask your nervousness or discomfort. What you want to do, is you just want to make sure that it's not fake, that it's actually a sincere smile. And, what will happen is that people will be responding positively to you because you're smiling, so that will help your self confidence and all of a sudden, you won't feel uncomfortable and nervous anymore. Now, speaking of uncomfortable, something that you don't want to do because it makes everybody else uncomfortable is smile for too long. You don't want to just...stare at them, smiling. It's weird; just, just don't do that, okay?
