Tips & Pointers for the Sugar Push in Ballroom Dancing

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Kelly Anne and I'm here with George and we will be demonstrating a advance ballroom dance technique. The first dance that we are going to show you is the west coast swing basic. When you are doing the sugar push it is the mans responsibility to give the lead tot the lady and it is the ladies responsibility to take the connection and follow. It is usually done by doing a connection with both hands. So it would be something like this. 1,2,3 and 4, 5 and 6. 1,2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6. So with the ladies right hand he is going to pull back and I'm going to feel that right here so that is what tells me to go forward. So we have forward, back, forward and back.
