Natural ADHD Treatments

In this clip we are talking about Attention Deficit Disorder and autism and believe it or not they're actually related and one of the ways that they are most related is that they have to do with gastrointestinal problems so what is actually happening as far as exacerbating these conditions is that proteins are leaving the intestines and going into the blood and causing an excitatory effect in the brain and this is causing our inability to concentrate and in autistic children behavioral imbalances so there is a lot to be learned actually about how to control this but the most important things are that you eliminate glutens and caseins from your diet and these are two proteins and they're inflammatory proteins and gluten is found in wheat’s, oats, rhy, barley, spelt and casein is found in some of your diary foods. So by eliminating them you end up reducing the inflammation that is in your gut and allowing your gut to heal so that the particles don't go into your brain. There are lots of foods that you can include that are gluten free so focus on whole foods and focus on gluten free products such as these bars that are gluten free right here and this pumpkin seed butter.
