Hi this is Diana for expertvillage.com and today I'm working with David from The Big Easy Catering Company to show you how to use a chocolate fountain for your party. I have a couple different kinds of skewers here. These are long wooden skewers that you would find in your grocery store and the are usually use for Shish-Ka-Bobs and would also have some regular toothpicks. So it depends how you want your party to go. If you want to give everyone a personal skewer. What I like to do is I take some little folder labels. That you can get in your office supply store and just peel one off and either wrap it around like a little flag and you can also write peoples names on it and that way everyone knows what skewer is theres. You would skewers for things like marshmallows or the fruit and you can use skewers for also the smaller kind of cookies.
