Starting Your Chocolate Fountain

Hi this is David from The Big Easy Catering Company in Santa Barbara California for expertvilliage.com. We are putting together a chocolate fountain today. So now we have melted the chocolate put into the bowl. Put our canopy's back on. What you want to do at this point is already heated in the bowl. So now you just want to turn it to were it says heater and motor and this would start the auger pulling the chocolate up. As you see it would start spilling over the top. It is just what you want all of this smooth, creamy chocolate. Already warm and heated. Ready to go. As you see I have brought it to the table already I have a nice platter where we are going to add all the different treats that we are going to be able to dip into it.
