Hi this is David from The Big Easy Catering Company in Santa Barbara California for expertvilliage.com. Today I'm showing you how to put together a chocolate fountain for your guest and now we are to the point were we are going to pour our melting chocolate right into the bowl of the pre-heated chocolate fountain. As you see the heat is on you do it for 3-5 minutes just to get it nice and warm ahead of time. You got a nice and warm chocolate so I take it off the canopy's that are going to go on top here that we have discussed earlier this so it is easier to pour in the chocolate. So you just get the chocolate like that. Pour it right in to the bowl and you don't want to get all of it in here just for this demonstration I'm just going to put this in here. But you'll just start it like that. Put this to the side and then what we want to do is just put on the different canopy's again. You want to put this one on. This one on top and then you have your cap. So you would be ready to go. Okay the next step we will be turning on the machine.
