Avoiding Sunlight for Migraine Prevention

One very important point to keep in mind for people who get migraine is to avoid the direct sun at all costs, especially between 12 to 4pm. These direct rays of the sun are hot and they dilate the blood vessels to the brain, thereby causing the headache to start and you get this excruciating pain in the brain. So, what do you do? Very simply, increase your fashion quotient. Wear a broad-rimmed hat and those huge sunglasses, which are the latest now. So, go ahead, show off your fashion quotient and reduce your migraine.
