Using A Heater Motor For Making Chocolate Fountains

Hello this is David from The Big Easy Catering Company in Santa Barbara California for expertvilliage.com. Today we are putting together a chocolate fountain for your parties this are really fun. I'm going to show you a couple of detail things about the equipment. This is the most important part of course this is the heater and the base unit. This has three different settings of course you got your off, but then the heater this would heat up your chocolate we will go over that a little bit later. Then you got the heater motor now this is what will start the chocolate flowing up your canopy's and back into the bowl so you can be dipping things. So as you see here this is a plastic cover here but everything in here is metal. This is will turn the auger. We also have the bowl that the chocolate would go in. so it has this would match up with the inside of this and it would plant together as you will see in another segment.
