In this clip, we're going to talk about animal rights. This isn't really so much how to be a vegetarian but why maybe you would want to become a vegetarian. Animal rights are an extremely sensitive subject. The one that reminds me the most of why I'm a vegetarian for animal rights is Kobe steak. It is a very horrible product. They take a little baby calf and they force it into a crib where it can't even stand up and it's fed strictly milk products until it's time to butcher. And then, it's put on your plate. It's supposed to be very good. I'm sorry, I'm not that hungry. So, think about what happens to these animals as you're eating them. People say, "Oh, it's so difficult to make children be a vegetarian." I disagree. Tell that child where that meat came from. They'll gladly be a vegetarian. They don't want to eat meat. I can remember when I was a girl, I was taken to a chicken hatchery place. Took me years to want to eat eggs ever again. Oh, horrible, nasty, awful conditions. So when you think about animal rights, think about what happens to those animals as they're being butchered and as they're being led to slaughter. You'll gladly, you'll love being a vegetarian from then on.
