Yoga asona offers so many amazing poses . And in this super fun salute what we can is we can have certain poses. Like the position four where we can treat as a seed pose, where we can grow many many poses from that position while we are in the Vinyasa flow. So I am going to join Onica in the position four. But we are going to be doing apposite legs. So you can really get a good picture of how this works. So if you had just gotten to position four, which is an exhale, we are going to turn the back heel in and inhale up. We'll do an open pose. Warrior two. See how easily that slides into a Warrior two. Now I suggest when you?re holding a pose, that you hold it for a minimum of five breaths. That gives you five breaths to bring all of your senses inward and your feeling body inward to create yoga. So you're really creating a focus mind and a focus breathe. We are going to come out of pose lifting the back arm up. And we are back at position four.
