The cinncinatti is a crazy move!! If you don't know rythem, you don't know what your doin'. But sometimes it's hard to keep up on what arm goes with what leg. Only sometimes!

The Cincinnati Step Continued: Hip-Hop Dance Moves for Beginners
Hi my name is Seth Gordon I'm a hip hop dancer and a choreographer on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to be showing a few moves today that you could actually take today and incorporate into your freestyle and perhaps use them in social events, clubs, weddings, wherever. Now when my right foot goes out, my right arm goes up. So you don't want to be doing it like this. That is wrong. You can't really tell the difference but, there is a difference. This side and this arm so you go like this roll, roll, whip, roll, roll, whip, roll, roll, whip. Just keep your left hand out like this roll, roll, whip, and that is called the Cincinnati. It s kind of a funny looking move and it is kind of cool to do. One of my favorites. So don't forget when your right foot is out, when you flick your feet like this that is when your right arm goes up. If you are left handed you probably have to do it like this.
