OK, now we are going to do some exercises for the lower jaw. Again, like I talked about earlier, we really have to get this lower jaw released. So what we are going to do is, we are going to drop our head forward. You don't want to force your head down, you just want to, like, let it go until it stops. This shouldn't hurt. You shouldn't be putting any kind of pressure on your neck, but what you are going to do, and I am going to try to talk to you, as well as, show you what you will be doing. You are going to drop your head forward. As you can see, I am gently swinging my head from side-to-side, but there's more. What I want to do, as I have my head dropped and I'm swinging from side-to-side, is that I want to release my jaw. This is so that my jaw is hanging and my tongue is swinging, maybe even hanging outside of my mouth. The main thing is that everything is releasing, so that I am just kind of like "Ahhhh" or like that. Just really, when releasing the neck muscles, then the jaw muscles should release. So, you'll want to do it really gently and just do it, you know, maybe side-to-side, five times each way or until you feel the neck and the jaw really start to release. That's one of the jaw exercises that you can do. Now, I want to show you another one in the next clip.
