Hi. My name's Jordan Dahl. We're talking about advanced floor gymnastics. And the next skill I wanted to talk about was your full turn. Once you've gotten comfortable with setting up and getting your half turn you can move up to a full. This is one of my favorite tricks to perform. It's one of the showier tricks that I really enjoy doing. The same drill that you did for your half you can do for your full and for your double. Something to keep in mind as you start training on this drill is how important it is to stay in that pulled position. What people tend to do, they'll set up and they'll pull just like they would doing a half and then come out of it and try and pull again to finish that full turn. You need to pull up and stay in that pulled position until you land on the ground. So here's the basic warm up drill for your full turn. So we've seen the drill for your full and now you can start to throw it in your pass. Some things to remember. Getting your foot position right. Not completely angled but not straight up and down. Find that good position somewhere in between. Setting up. Finishing your set before and turning, staying in your turn all the way until your feet come back down with the ground.
