Hip-Hop Dancing & First Thoughts for Beginners
Hi my name is Seth Gordon I'm a hip hop dancer and a choreographer on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to be showing a few moves today that you could actually take today and incorporate into your freestyle and perhaps use them in social events, clubs, weddings, wherever. Okay today we are going to be covering a little bit of a advance hip hop. Now keep in mind that hip hop has evolved throughout the years. I mean there is everything from break dancing, to locking, popping, contemporary style hip hop, new school style hip hop, there is Krumping, it just various. It depends where you are located, what the style is, the types of people. I could only show you so much today. But, you do need to know that if you ever hear the term pop and lock that is wrong because they are actually two different styles. Popping is more like this. There is more liquid style popping. Locking is more points, wrist rolls, and stuff like that. So there is the two different styles of that dance so keep that in mind. .
