Using Hockey Shoulder Pads

All right your next piece of equipment, your shoulder pads, also very important. If you're in a checking league, you definitely want a pair of these. In adult hockey, some places they do not require you to wear shoulder pads, but I would highly recommend them; especially starting out, if you're experienced maybe you can get away with it. It definitely is an asset in hockey equipment. It helps protect your shoulders, your stomach, your back. You just put it on, and strap it on; it's pretty simple. You also got your jersey, just slap it on over that, over your shoulder pads, and you're all set. Thanks to the Anne Harbor Ice Cube, they provide us with some shoulder pads. You can buy some here at the Peroni's Hockey Shop. They're a nice pair of Reebok, just pick them up and take off and play some hockey.
