Using Hockey Socks & Elbow Pads

Alright another piece of equipment you will need is a pair of socks, they go over your skates, over your shin guards, and you wear a girdle helps to hold up the socks. You can see the sock goes on just like that, and there?s a clip for them in front and back. Then put the girdle around your waist, it's as simple as that. Uh we also got elbow pads, get a good pair of these, it hurts when you fall or go into the boards hard, and if you don't have good elbow pads it will bust up your elbow pretty good if you don't have a good pair. Something solid something that fits correctly. A good way to size them is from where your glove meets to the inside of the arm on the shoulder pads.
