Now, let's go over the hand undulate position. Not only are arms very important, in belly dance, but even down to the very tips of your finger is your position important. So, let's do a couple of drills with the hands. We have our hands together here. Let's press them one direction and the other direction. And press, you might get some cracks out of your knuckles here and press and press. Okay, you can even stretch them out a little bit more. You'll get that in place. Good. So now, take it just one hand and we're going to lift up and down, up and down. We're moving from the knuckle here, up and down. Good. Now, think I'm moving from the knuckle and then this knuckle and then down and then drop. Knuckle, knuckle, drop, drop. The thumb kind of stays in line with the hand. It doesn't drop down below. So, one, two, three, four, one two, drill both hands, one, two, three, four, knuckle, up, up, down, down, up, up, down and together, up, up, down, down, up, up.
