This is Robert Stewart with hill13.com. Now we're going to talk about something that can get really expensive really quick. Especially if you buy it all at your local pro shop. But for some players it's the only way to go. And that's constant air or a back bottle. That concept works basically like this. Rather than having your air directly attached to the weapon you have a line coming from your weapon to harness that you wear on your back that has two or more tanks attached to it. With a regulator valve this allows you to play for an extended period of time without having to change bottles. A lot of times you'll also see that those back bottles will have a liner on them to kind of keep the temperature stable and that's usually a recommended accessory if you're going to go with constant air. Now if you're just a new player and a walk on player you're really not going to be interested in that to start with and you'll probably be spending more money than you need to just to get a sense of what paintball is about. But especially if you're considering becoming a pro amateur player or you're a speedball player, constant air is usually the way to go.
