Common mistakes the customers usually make is when they buy a system without knowing exactly what is it they want to do. Sometimes you need to do some research regarding what it is that you want. Also, the person who is going to be helping you out, make sure the person has some deep knowledge and that way when you buy whatever you're going to be buying, so that way you can get the right stuff. Sometimes I'll have customers that they just come and buy a radio and their radio that they bought does not have the specific features that they were looking for then you're in big trouble. If you buy the radio, once you've bought the radio and you take it home, and what are you going to do about it. You need to buy a new radio because you don't, you didn't have, the radio did not have the features that you were looking for because you, it probably wasn't the vendors fault, it was the customers fault because you didn't ask for it. So make sure that you do a really deep research regarding what you're looking for and that way you're going to end up a winner.
