How to do Wagging Lower Back Exercises

Hi I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you exercises that stretches out the lower back. It is a easy exercise you can do this in your own home and it is a common exercise to do parer to actually stretch working out the lower back. I like to have a towel out or a floor mat it makes it the exercise more comfortable so pick whatever you feel is best. So this is called the wagging exercise it stretches out the side and the lower back. Just get in the position like this and what you simply want to do is just move from one angle. You can feel the stretching the lower back in this area and then slowly concentrate on the other side and stretching that out. Holding and breathing in and out. Now you can repeat this. Remember to breath in and out. Concentrate on what part of the body is stretching because if you concentrate on it you can adjust your position to other make the stretch more effective or to make it more strained. Then repeat on the other side and just do it slowly and that makes the stretch more effective. This simple exercise that you can do in your home that stretches out the lower back.
