In this next clip we're going to do ball jacks, we'll also so an option for a standard jumping jack. Now this is going to add a little bit of an extra challenge to your standard jumping jack. I'm going to grab medicine ball or you can even grab, you know, water jug, whatever you have handy at the beach. This is going to help strengthen and tone those legs so you can look great in your swimsuit this summer. Okay you're going to grab your ball or your water jug. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, press up, open, and feet together. Press up, feet back together. You can also quicken up the pace if you so desire. Exhale as you come up, inhale on the way down. If you have shoulder issues and this is too much for your arms, you can go to the standard jumping jack. Put your ball to the side, arms together and down. I would try and do two to three sets of twelve to fifteen. It's a nice interval to bring that heart rate up, keep that heart in good shape so you can have a nice healthy life.
