Walks & Runs in Jazz Dancing

Hello on behalf of Expert Village I'm Kelly Anne and I will be demonstrating beginning jazz dancing for you. This is my friend and partner Darryl; he will be assisting. Jazz walk. Jazz run. Okay first you just walk and drag you foot that is behind you. So it is a drag walk. Again. Right. You could put your own style, your own flare, what ever move that you are trying to capture. The idea is the feet don't really lift off the floor like this they slide. Okay and eventually you could run that so maybe they become jazz runs. Run, run, run. I hope you enjoyed it and thank you for watching I'm Kelly Anne of 56dance.com with my friend Darryl. Special thank you to Expert Village and the Goddess Store for letting us use the studio.
