How to Do an Isolated Roll Down in Jazz Dancing

Hello on behalf of Expert Village I'm Kelly Anne and I will be demonstrating beginning jazz dancing for you. This is my friend and partner Darryl; he will be assisting. The beginning technique for the back is the roll down. We are going to start by rolling down in 8s. You roll with the head, the shoulders, the ribs, the waist, the hips, the knees, and all the way down. Curling up to a little ball and we peel up, heels, knees, hips, waist, ribs, shoulders, head. One more time. 1,2,34, hold, 5,6,7,8, up 1,2,34,5,6,7,8. I hope you enjoyed it and thank you for watching. I'm Kelly Anne of 56dance.com with my friend Darryl. Special thank you to Expert Village and the Goddess Store for letting us use the studio.
