Hello on behalf of Expert Village I'm Kelly Anne and I will be demonstrating beginning jazz dancing for you. This is my friend and partner Darryl; he will be assisting. The next part is were isolating the torso, which we'll start with the ribcage. To the right, to the left. From the side I will show you front and back, forward, contraction, extend, contraction. Now we combine them 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Now we are going we are going to reverse it. This is called a staccato movement when you stop and you hold. Now we are going to do legato, which is continues. To the left. Next part is the spine, torso twist, to the left, to the right, repeat. Spinal twist, beware of the hips staying there. Next part is the back and the abs, leaning working your obliques, and again. Forward and forward. Repeat. Forward and forward. I hope you enjoyed it and thank you for watching. I'm Kelly Anne of 56dance.com with my friend Darryl. Special thank you to Expert Village and the Goddess Store for letting us use the studio.
