The Levitation Drill in Basketball

When you're talking about ball handling drills. One of the most harder ball handling drills and this actually works on your quickness as well, is called, I call it the levitation drill. The reason I call it the levitation drill is when you're doing it, the ball actually looks like, if you're doing it the way it's supposed to be done, looks like it's levitating, because the ball never touches the ground. The way you do it is, you put the ball in between your feet like this, and as you put it in between your feet, you want to throw it up and catch it on the other side so when you do it like that you want to constantly throw it up before you catch it so that the ball never touches the ground and it gives you time to grab it the other way. Once you get really good with it you can continue to do it and it looks really cool like this. And as you get faster with it the ball constantly looks like it's, looks like it's levitating, because it never touches the ground. Just something else to keep in mind when you're doing dribbling drills, it's called the levitation.
